Cook pasta in an instant pot for 3minutes with a 1:1 pasta water ratio or as per the instructions given behind the pasta container.
Meanwhile boil spinach leaves for couple minutes in water until it is cooked.
Grind a tomato, cooked spinach, a garlic clove in a food processor.
In a pan, melt butter and fry a pinch of whole wheat flour for a few seconds.
To this, add the grind paste of spinach and tomato and cook until you see it boil.
Add a spoon of cream, cheese and toss in the cooked pasta and salt.
Add pepper and oregano seasoning.
Serve it hot with some parmesan sprinkled.
