Wash a bunch of spinach leaves in warm water and set aside to drain all the water.
In a pan, add butter to saute.
Add chopped onion and garlic and roast them until they are soft.
Add washed spinach leaves to this and roast them in butter until they are soft but hast changed the colour.
Add a cup of water and allow it to boil for a couple minutes.
Blend everything using a hand blender or a food processor until you do not see any vegetables in it.
Allow it to boil for couple more minutes and add more water if required.
Healthy spinach soup is now ready.
Serve it along with a spoon of cream (optional), pepper & salt (for 12 months+ babies).
