BLW Scrambled Eggs - Soft & Fluffy

Blw scrambled eggs are one of the best meal ideas to introduce to your baby. Eggs make a perfect meal for kids with high amounts of protein and fat in them. These fluffy scrambled eggs are great for baby-led-weaning with no milk added to it.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 dollop Yoghurt
  • 2-3 tbsp Cheese (shredded)
  • Butter (to smear)


  • Whisk the eggs along with yoghurt and cheese added in a small bowl. You can whisk using a fork or a whisker until they are mixed well.
  • On a hot pan, smear some butter and add the whisked eggs into it.
  • Let the eggs cook for a few seconds. Then fold the edges to the center. The uncooked eggs are spread in the pan while the cooked ones come to the center.
  • Repeat this step until all the eggs are cooked and you can gentle fold them together.
  • You can serve the warm and fluffy scrambled eggs with a pinch of pepper added. You can also add a pinch of salt if you are giving to a toddler.


  • You can totally choose to include some vegetables while making this scrambled egg. The best way is to saute them in butter before adding eggs. Some cool add-ins are:
    • Onion
    • Tomato
    • Spinach
    • Mushrooms
    • Green peppers
    • A pinch of spice - nutmeg, chilli powder, garam masala.
  • Do not leave the eggs on the hot pan for long. They turn brown and overcooked eggs crumble making it hard for the baby to hold using a pincer or palmer grasp.
