Here is what you need to make the crispy rice flour fritters:

  • Rice Flour – A generous cup of rice flour makes 10 to 12 rice fritters. I have used 1 cup of organic rice flour in this recipe. Rice flour adds good carbohydrates in kids diet and are easy to digest.
  • Yogurt – Yogurt adds protein and makes this recipe soft and fluffy inside. I have used 1 cup of fresh and creamy yogurt.
  • Curry leaves – Adds flavor to fritters, I have used 4-5 curry leaves chopped.
  • Cilantro – A small bunch of chopped cilantro adds flavor and taste to the recipe.
  • Cumin – A tbsp of cumin seeds/ cumin powder adds flavor and helps with easy digestion in babies.
  • Oil – Depending on whether you are deep frying, shallow frying or air frying, oil can be used in limited quantity. I have used olive oil to fry these fritters.
  • Water – A half a cup of water is used to make the dough.
  • Salt – Half tbsp of salt adds taste to the fritters.
